A comment from Pete Gardner:

Perhaps I could just say that having known Mini for well over 50 years his passing comes with great sadness. He was undoubtedly a unique character – always ready for a laugh with friends.

He would return to Godalming on occasion to see his dad and we would meet up for a beer and chat.

 It’s difficult to believe we won’t be hearing from him again and we hope his family can find some comfort knowing how much he was loved by his many old school mates from GGS.

We shall miss him greatly.

PeteI’ve attached a pic I took when we met up in Bavaria back in 2005 – he was holidaying in Germany and actually spent two days cycling down to see us just for the fun of it – typical Mini…!!
