Reginald Trimmer was born on the 20th Feb 1928 and died 11th August 2016. Reg was at the Grammar School from 1939 until 1946 and was Head Boy from 1945-46. He was also Captain of Rugby and Football and Vice-Captain of Athletics and Cricket. He was admired by many and quite a hero to some younger pupils. He trained as a teacher and later taught Physics and Chemistry at the School.
